Introduction — Agreement Between You and leci123

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and leci123 ("Platform", "We") in connection with your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the leci123.best domain. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the leci123 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

01 Definitions & Interpretations

The following definitions are used consistently throughout this document:

  • "leci123 Platform" refers to the leci123.best website, its associated mobile applications and all services provided through them.
  • "Member" refers to an individual who has registered a valid leci123 account and meets all eligibility requirements.
  • "Bet" refers to any real-money wager placed on any market or game on the leci123 platform.
  • "Account Balance" refers to the actual funds in a member's leci123 account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
  • "Bonus" refers to any credit, free funds or additional benefit granted by leci123 to a member, subject to specific conditions.

02 Membership Eligibility

  • Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. leci123 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
  • Not being on any self-exclusion list from any recognised Malaysian or international gambling control programme.
  • Registering and using the leci123 platform for personal and entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
  • Do not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of betting, including fraud, match-fixing, or any form of system manipulation.

Important: leci123 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension until verification is successfully completed.

03 Account Registration

By registering a leci123 account, you agree that:

  • You will provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and any other required details.
  • Only one account permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts — even under different names, phone numbers, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. leci123 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other communication channel.
  • You must notify the leci123 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • Leci123 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including upon your first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review.

By completing your leci123 account registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 2 above.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit:

  • The minimum deposit at leci123 is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
  • Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees).
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your leci123 account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for all supported methods.
  • Withdrawals to Malaysian eWallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to standard security checks.
  • Withdrawals via FPX to your bank account (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) take between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on the processing time of the respective bank.
  • Leci123 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or where there is a sudden change in account usage patterns.
  • Bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering conditions are fully satisfied.

05 Betting & Games

  • All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically outlined in leci123's policies (e.g., match cancellation before kick-off, verified technical disruptions).
  • The minimum single bet at leci123 starts from RM1 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league and market.
  • For in-play betting, the accepted odds are those confirmed at the time your bet is processed by the leci123 system — not the odds displayed when you made your selection. Minor differences may occur due to network latency.
  • Leci123 reserves the right to void, review, or adjust any accepted bets resulting from technical errors, clearly incorrect odds (obvious error), or any exceptional circumstances that materially affect the outcome of a match.
  • For leci123 virtual sports, all results are determined by a certified RNG and are final. No appeals will be entertained regarding virtual sports outcomes unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction verified by the leci123 technical team.
  • Bets placed on matches that are subsequently cancelled (not postponed) will be refunded in full to the member's account balance within 24 hours.

06 Bonus & Promotions

All leci123 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

  • Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method — unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
  • Rollover requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.
  • Leci123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or a breach of the terms.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
  • Specific bonuses such as cashback, sports rebates and festive promotions (Hari Raya, etc.) carry their own terms and conditions, which are published on the leci123 Promotions page.

All leci123 promotional offers are for entertainment purposes and are granted at leci123's absolute discretion. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully on the leci123 Promotions before claiming any bonus.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the leci123 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

  • Fraud: Any attempt to defraud leci123 or other members through false information, system manipulation, or any other deceptive means.
  • Money laundering: Using a leci123 account to transfer, conceal, or convert money derived from illegal sources.
  • Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or colluding with other members to claim bonuses unlawfully.
  • Hacking & technical interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to leci123 systems, or to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • Match fixing: Engaging in or exploiting match-fixing information not available to the public in order to gain an unfair betting advantage.
  • Arbitrage betting: Using multiple platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee risk-free profits in a way that undermines the integrity of leci123's markets.

08 Account Closure

  • Leci123 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice or detailed explanation.
  • Members may request account closure by contacting leci123 customer support. Requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned following a standard review.
  • In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms — specifically fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse — leci123 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including the original deposited funds.
  • Members whose accounts have been closed due to a Terms violation are not permitted to re-register with leci123 without written approval from leci123 management.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Liability Cap

  • Leci123 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical disruption, leci123 will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. Bets affected by a verified technical disruption will be settled fairly based on available data.
  • Leci123 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
  • Leci123's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

11 Responsible Gaming

Leci123 is fully committed to responsible gambling. The following control tools are available to all leci123 members:

  • Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to control how much you can deposit.
  • Bet limit: Set a maximum bet limit for a session or a specified period.
  • Loss limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to bear within a given period.
  • Temporary time-out: Temporarily suspend your account (1 day to 6 months) if you need a break.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that betting has had a negative impact on your life. This decision is final and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Amendments & Governing Law
